There are lots of plans for Medicare Part D.
I have the AARP Medicare RX Saver Plan.
You have to go to there site, and look at the plans they offer.
The one I chose pays for Gleevec, and didn't have to be pre-approved.
When I changed to Tasigna, it had to be pre-approved.

Boy, I love my chocolate milk. But while I was an IKE refugee I just got
