I've been fighting fatigue as well. I seem to have chronic low level
anemia that is probably related to the Gleevec. I do my best to eat
plenty of iron rich food and drink a lot of water. That seems to help.
I also seem to have better days when I laugh at something: funny

Good afternoon from Brazil.
My son is now 2 years on gleevec and still have 0.24% PCR. His side effects
have been treated with exercises, natural diet and 2 supplements ( 1
capsule of garlic 6 hs before gleevec and 2 capsules of gleevec a day - do
not take late afternoon).
His diet IS

One thing that I'm worried about is how things will change for us
(Clyde and I) after he must go on Medicare around Nov. 2011. He began
dialysis Nov 26th of 2008. We read that after 30 months, he must go on
Medicare. I'm not sure who notifies him of this. Does anyone have info
on this question?
