I take Tasigna in the morning WITH coffee (milk, one sugar) every day for 18 months and my counts have never been better. The patient lit says to take "with water" but every med says that. I just wait an hour in the morning before eating anything. I usually eat breakfast at work anyway. It's more dangerous for everyone for me to get behind the wheel without my morning coffee, so consider this a safety tip. :)
