I've had some of those also.
My insurance pays mostly everything, but this one doctor, who I didn't even
know, billed me for $24.00. My co-insurance was supposed to pay it, but they
didn't. I got a nasty letter saying I better pay up or they would put it in
the credit bureau;

our Cruise. We stayed in Indiana for a couple extra weeks to be with
Grace's son and grand kids.We returned a few weeks later, Sunday night

CML and she say she could see Grace on the 23rd of the month.
