Trevor, There is an enormous amount of literature out there on the Web, from analysts, about products and trends (AIIM, Gartner, Forrester, Meta, Giga etc.). Sticking to the more practical literature though, a few books that I would recommend, which I think are probably the ones most people have

Hi Heiko: can anyone point me to some highly visible commercial web sites that are run on zope including cmf? - ok, highly visible and commercial might be bit wishy-washy - what i am looking for is some examples (focus: visual web design) that master integrating the system's modules while
