I would like if any of you has ever tried to use CMS/TSO Pipelines for
Windows PC with Open Object REXX and if so, how are pipelines to be invoked.

PIPE is not part of REXX, it is a separate tool, and not available for
Windows. I do have an old (incomplete but working) copy, but as that
is IBM internal use only, so I can't send it to you. I do use it
however, and do not expect a speed simimar to what we know under CMS,
the difference can be

While a PC-Pipes is not integrated with any Rexx that runs on a PC , you
should be able to do it
indirectly invoke a pipe from Rexx. Let Rexx invoke a Powershell session:
