Hi Purchased the following heater from “The Binnacle” in Halifax. I did this since we sail from beginning of May til end of October every year. Not interested in a wall furnace just some heat while under motor (deliveries, etc…)

Jim, If your water lines are the original grey tubing then replacing the lines are a good idea. I would also recommend replacing the fill hose(they get pretty funky and are cheap to replace). Take the time to inspect the water tanks. I found a crack midway up on the tank in the V-birth. I

A friend had one in his Viking 33. Worked well. Will you be drawing the air to be heated out of the bilge? Or will it draw from the cabin? Either seems to work fine, the first helps dry the bilge, the latter heats the cabin more quickly. Ken H. On 25 September 2015 at 13:15, Hoyt, Mike via

OK, so the air will come from that locker unless you add some duct work to have it draw from the cabin. Should be fine I think. Ken H. Spotted this on their website but your heater should be low enough I'd think: Caution – If your engine application has a freshwater closed cooling system the

Good idea on using that area for stowage. Unless you sail with a mid-wife I don't see much point in having a birthing area on the boat. :) Cheers, Russ Sweet 35 mk-1 east side, Vancouver Island where it's finally sunny again At 10:36 AM 25/09/2015, you wrote: Jim,
