I had the same issue I replaced it with a Grocco flush mount.
Glassed the area then drilled a new hole then used a small router with a
bearing guide and a 45 degree bit to route the chamfer.
I also replaced the seacock with a Grocco and their backing plate. I epoxied
the backing plate in place t

I need a new tank for my 38 the label on the tank was still on it from the
manufacturer.
I called them and they still had the blueprint for it I just ordered a new one.
I converted from gas to diesel so I had them install a return line as well.
