The moorings in Annapolis are not intended for storage of unoccupied boats, the
harbormaster will have a fit if they figure out you are not there. Also
My marina is $400/month for a 35 foot transient plus electric, but 5-1/2 feet
is the max draft.

My marina on the north side of Kent Island is usually quite a bit cheaper than
Annapolis, if you come here you’ll be the 3rd
