Hi Bruce, The other guys are on the right track regarding kellet associations. But six ounces is ridiculously small of course, for the purpose, seeing as 10 - 50 percent of anchor weight is good. I suspect your little weights were sewn in to act as a kellet "stop" since it doesn't do much
