I'm wrestling with the question of where to anchor the free end of a
linear drive in the dark end of my 35-3, wondering if anyone has any
tips? I've got the man-overboard pole equipped version, so the torpedo
tube on port and just one propane locker to starboard. It looks to me

I'm sure there are differences between our boats and available space, but on my
LF38 the back end of the linear drive is fastened to the underside of the
cockpit floor using carriage bolts--it is very sturdy and works great!

Graham, you should talk to Michael Hennesy about this, he ripped his drive
mount off coming back from Bermuda in his 35-3, Indigo, now owned by
another lister. PM him as Rail Meat on SA.

I think the PO built a mount for mine and glassed it in. Obvious
differences because mine is a 37+ but it might give some ideas.
