I just went thru the same thing on La Neige. Pulling the prop was the easiest part (Max prop three blade) Detaching the shaft/engine coupling would have been easy had there not been a broken set screw on it. Dealing with the shaft seal was almost a non issue. As far as size, it was an oddball on mine. 1.25 shaft, 1 5/8 OD on the bearing. Ordered from Europe.
