Citri-Strip *should* be fine, but I would err on the side of caution and
use Aqua Strip, which is fiberglass rated.
Don't bother with Interstrip 299e, you may as well pour urine on paint for
all the good it does and it's expensive.

Paint stripper sounds like a great idea, but I have not tried it. I have
some drips on the non-skid, so it will not scrape off. If its dry tomorrow
I'll give it a shot!

How about a 3M Stripe Off wheel on a drill? Basically it's a big round gum
eraser. Can find them at auto parts or auto body shop supply stores.
I'd be careful with a scraper. It will gouge the gelcoat.
