Looks like the first one's going to install Webalizer version 2.01 while
the second one will install version 1.30.

use ./filename to Uninstall and Install patches or programs
a. Installs are located in /var/lib/cobalt
b. Uninstalls are located in /var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers
the ./ before the filename runs the file. And you must be ROOT user.
For example:

I couldn't install 2.01 as it needs 1.03 be removed.

Well, it should work with it installed too. But if not, try to uninstall
it first.
