We use a webapp to register servers, so we can edit our hostnames, MACs and IPs, but not the DHCP configuration directly. So I'm essentially PXEless. Needless to say, 'cobbler buildiso' is helping a lot, but I only seem to be able to point a machine to a system definition by creating a custom ISO

I'm running cobbler-1.6.2-1.el5 from the EPEL on CentOS 5.3 and noticed that cobbler replicate doesn't use a -H when rsyncing content. I have to run `cobbler hardlink` on my replicas to get the consolidation gains. Any reason for this? Thanks. ___ cobbl

error with power control

I am on 1.6.2 as this is a RHEL4 box - i will goto 1.6.5 when its out as i keep being bitten with the unicode issue as we know. So i am starting to try out the power control stuff - when i try to use it from the GUI i get an error and i see this in the log, is this something obvious or have
