CentOS 7 puts CentOS Linux in /etc/redhat-release. The distro string is
'centos linux '.
cobbler check is looking for 'centos'
so it is an Unknown distribution.
Using 2.6.5 from EPEL 7.

Slightly off-topic: have you tried it with python27-python from RHEL6
Software Collections?
I will be in the same situation shortly and am curious if this works.

It is easier to debug as it shows exactly what the post-install chroot
environment will do.

Hello James and Cobbler folks.
This is an RFC for migrating to GRUB2 for UEFI/PXE netboot.
1. Background: Cobbler currently provides grub-{x86_64,x86).efi for netboot
for UEFI systems. This is based on the Red Hat-type-distros hacked
grub-legacy with UEFI net support.
By and large this works,
The findks service on Cobbler 2.4/Fedora 19 seems not to find the system
I get
# wget -q -O - --header='X-RHN-Provisioning-MAC-0: eth0 00:16:3e:0b-b0-89'
http://cobbler/cblr/svc/op/findks
# autodetection FAILED: no match (192.168.11.77,eth0 00:16:3e:0b-b0-89)
Possible to consider the two edits
