You should fins your guest config in /etc/xen meaning xen knows it. A
simple 'virsh create domU' should start your VM. If you want it to
start with Xen, add a link in /etc/xen/auto pointing to you domU
config file.

I used this command line on the dom0:
koan --system=indra --virt --nogfx
