[PATCH] fix cheetah template usage in autoyast XML files

Hi, I have attached two patches for AutoYaST and cheetah template usage in XML files. Thanks to Jörgen Maas for pointing me to the bug. the parsing of the cheetah template code in the XML file has to happen before the XML parser is touching the file.
