Good morning All,
After returning from a trip out of town, I visited the Red Rocks
feeders behind the Trading Post this morning. I was joined by Alex
Cruz, Jr. and his father. There was a small flock of 15 -20 Rosy-
Finches early around 7 - 7:15. Included in the group were mostly Gray-
I visited WCR 108, 106, 47, 49 and 53 this morning before work and
couldn't find the rascal. It was seen by a birder around 330PM
yesterday though. I talked to birder (and other birders present) at
the Wellington SWA Short-eared Owl location yesterday at dusk.

Dear Birders,
I poked around a few ponds in Boulder this afternoon. At Cottonwood Marsh,
there was 1 adult TUNDRA SWAN, 2 HORNED GREBES (transitioning into breeding
plumage and therefore looking very Eared Grebe-esque plumage-wise), and a pair
of NORTHERN PINTAIL.

I have a second hand report from Mary Ellen Moore that there was a small
flock of Common Redpolls ( 10 ) seen yesterday and photographed , 2/14 , in
Estes Park , along lower Broad View Road , which is the first ( gravel ) road
after crossing the bridge going south on Mary's
