Sanderlings at Ish Reservoir, Boulder County. The birds may have wandered from
time to time into Larimer County territory, I'm sorry to report.

I visited Jackson Res this morning and early afternoon. I spent most of my
time walking from the northeast to the northwest edge of the reservoir.

This morning, Pearle Sandstrom-Smith, Clif Smith, and I saw three Pygmy
Nuthatches in Pueblo City Park in Pueblo, Pueblo County, near the Frisbee Creek

numbers in general are declining. While we had over 500 avocets last week, we
were down to about 250 this week. Best shorebirds were Snowy Plover, Stilt
Sandpiper, Long-billed Curlew, and Red-necked Phalarope.
