On Tuesday after work , I detoured to Lagerman on my way to CU to see the
Sabine's Gull. Heading east on Hwy 52 south of Panama Res. I saw the
largest BALD EAGLE I ever saw. This sucker was huge. After detouring and
carching up with the SABINE'S GULL at Lagerman. South of Dodd Res. I had a

Hi.
I'm sharing shots of an interesting hummingbird present yesterday.
I've sent the shots to a few other birders who have returned interesting
feedback.
Please have a look and email me any thoughts on the bird both good and bad!
I'm hoping those more knowledgable and experienced than I can help.
COBirders,
I ventured out during the letup in the rain today...what a difference from
Sunday! Cottonwood Marsh was nearly dry on Sunday and today is full to

You may not have to get in your car if you
Hi COBirders,
More like normal numbers today. We were closed by the wet yesterday, and today
it threatened all morning, but we had about half out nets open for most of the
morning. After seeing dozens of Wilson's Warblers in the woods and desert
brush yesterday, most were gone today. Looks lik

Birders,
Shortly after noon today, I found a Tricolored Heron at John Martin
Reservoir (Bent County). It was on the west end of the reservoir,
visible from Clayton Point, the peninsula that juts into the lake at the
far west end of the current lake. Access is from the north side of the
