of Houts Reservoir. Walking on the shore and swimming with 3 Canada Geese.
You will need a scope. NW corner of I-25 and US 34. East of Loveland. Head
north three quarters of a mile. Turn east into the last busines
The Surf Scoter and Black Scoter were both still present on Ferril Lake
in Denver City Park at least through 1030 this morning, Friday, Nov. 1.

Today at Cherry Creek I found the continuing Pacific Loon along the dam near
the outlet tower. Loch, who birded the west side found a Mew Gull and Thayer's
Gull. Afterwards, I spent a couple of hours at Chatfield but did not see the
Pomarine Jaeger. I did see it yesterday making his s
The MIA Chatfield Reservoir Pomarine Jaeger does not appear to be at Pueblo
Reservoir today, though I did see a Pacific Loon (out from the South Shore
Marina), and a Common Loon (in the middle of the lake, looking from North
Picnic Road). Seven Red-breasted Mergansers were in the NE corner of
The Brant was at Houts Reservoir this afternoon 3:45-4 p.m., hanging out
with 3 Canada Geese in the WNW corner of the reservoir.
