There were 6 Mute Swans (2 adults, 4 juveniles) at the 35 Rd gravel pit ponds (aka Poudre Ponds in ebird) on Monday. The juvs were white like the adults, but the bills were tinged with pink. According to Sibley, Mute Swan cygnets become white by November, so I presume these were hatch-year birds
