Colin Woolley and I spotted the Yellow-billed Loon at approximately 3:30 pm
while pulled out on the road between Massey Draw and the swim beach. The
loon was near the center of the reservoir, ESE from our viewing location
(looking towards park HQ).

Denver Urban CBC EASO [Screech-Owling]
I have not lived in Denver CO for over a decade now as I reside in Florida.
I have now completed one of the CBC [Screech-Owl] counts - south Pinellas
Co., This coming Saturday I do the Owling CBC is in north Pinellas Co.
Hi all,
12 birders helped with today's Pueblo CBC. The forecast of high winds were
lacking until 11am. There was pretty much no wind, until then. The Pueblo CBC
has reached the 100 species mark two previous times (with 108 species and 106
species). Today's total species is at least 109 speci

At about 11:10 this morning, while participating in the Pueblo CBC, Star
Jorgensen and I saw a Zone-tailed Hawk. I forgot L my camera so no pics. I
had to return home but others are out now searching the area, I believe. We
spotted the bird on 40th Lane, about five miles south of B
Hello All,
During my Cornell FeederWatch session this morning I noticed a
'wrong-looking' finch amongst the throng of house finches at the feeders in my
little
townhome yard. Closer inspection revealed it to be a Cassin's finch. Was
here only for a few minutes, no pictures.
