This evening (2/26), Georgia Doyle and I spotted 2 maybe 3 of the
Short-eared Owls on Buckeye Road (Larimer Co Road 82) near the Rawhide
Power Plant. At about 6:08 pm after a long chilly stake-out for the owls we
were parked just west of the entrance to Visitor Overlook (closed today)

Hello All, I came home from the Niwot bus stop to find an adult
Harris's Sparrow feeding amongst the Juncoes on our upper deck. That was at
7:15 and its still hangin at 9:30. See what happens. Best storm bird I've
ever had at feeders. I'm pumped. Good tail end of Feb. Birding

Birders, Rosy-Finches are here this morning and there is 100+ of them.
You need boots to get around the south side of the house to see the
backyard.
There isn't a lot of room to park on the street because of the snow but you
can park in front of my driveway.
