There is one male Northern Pintail hanging out with Mallards at the south
end of Grassmere Lake in Washington Park. Common Goldeneye, Bufflehead, and
Shovelers are there is good numbers now that the ice is receding.The Bald
Eagle is back in one of the big trees on the west side of Smith Lake.

In the Wildernest area of Silverthorne, I had all three Rosy-Finch species.
At the Silverthorne water treatment plant on Friday there were 6 species of

I saw the male Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (first reported by Christian Nunes)
in Lyons this morning at about 8:30. It was really quite a ways south of
the southwest corner of Bohn Park about 1/4 mile south of St Vrain Creek.
