Hi all,
A group of Tuesday Birders visited the South Platte River in Adams County
yesterday morning. Rob Raker noticed an interesting hybrid duck just south of
the bridge at 88th and Colorado. He took several photos which can be viewed on

Greetings All
I birded the "Latham Area" and then from Ault to Windsor today.
Water is breaking up. The N Weld Co Landfill gulls are loafing in big numbers
at Black Hollow, and this should only improve as the ice breaks up a bit more..
and Drake Lake as well (these areas are just w. of Ault)
Birders,
Our little Redpoll just put in appearance at the thistle feeders near the
street.

Hi all
There's a chance the Iceland Gull could be at Black Hollow Reservoir--I
went by there on Sunday and there were hundreds and hundreds of gulls on
icy shoreline at north end of the reservoir. Requires a great scope.
Thanks, Gary
