I finally got to spend extended quality time birding Timnath Reservoir
today to follow up on my last post about the spot. I birded there for 4
1/2 hours from late morning today to late afternoon and felt like I covered
it pretty well. First off, what an absolutely gorgeous day to be outs
Two groups of two sandhill cranes just flew towards Lagerman Reservoir mesen
from a friends land at Nelson Road west of 75th street.

At least five bluebirds just east of Sawhill Ponds parking lot in Russian
olives at 10:35. Three were Eastern Bluebirds, but I did not see the others.
They all flew to the south.
