Hi all
I did my route June 10th. Reported 39 species with big miss being
Loggerhead Shrike--they are around just did not see on route that day.
Average species count through the years is 38. Last five-year average is 48.

A friend of mine sent me this picture and I can't figure out what species
I'm looking at. My first thought was common crane because of the colors on
the wings but they don't normally live around here, do they? Perhaps it got
caught up with some sandhill cranes?
Any ideas are appreciated!
