In addition to the Black-throated Grey Warbler seen at Dixon Reservoir
today, I also saw a BTGW at Cottonwood Hallow/Running Deer Natural Areas,
right by the parking hanging out with 2 Yellow-rumped warblers. Also there
was one great egret on the main lake.

the snow stopped around 4:30 the entire flock took off to the north and all
the remained were 4 Hooded Mergansers and a couple pairs of Canada Geese
and Mallards. It was a short but very neat experience in city park today.

Today while leaving work 4 Double-crested Cormorants flew into Ferril Lake
at City Park in Denver, these are the first Cormorants I've seen here this
year. There was also one Greater White Fronted Goose and 2 Red-breasted
Mergansers among many other species of waterfowl on the lake.
Throughout the day yesterday and today there has been a Gray Catbird
visiting the food bowls in the Crane yard at Denver Zoo. The bird has been
hanging out with a group of Robins that come down to feed when ever the
Cranes move away from their food.

There were 2 Common Redpolls at the feeders in Lee Martinez Park next to
the Museum of Discovery in Fort Collins. They were hanging out with a very
large flock of House Finch.

at Lee Martinez Park in Fort Collins.

black, bottom yellow), and the bill shape of a Graylag Goose. This is a
weird looking bird it'll be interesting to see what it grows up to look
like. Has anyone else encountered a hybrid of these two species before?
