The Rocky Mountain Arsenal Common loon was still on Lake Ladora at 4:15 pm yesterday, October 12. Also at the Arsenal: a flight of about 150 sandhill cranes came over at 3:20 p.m. They flew in V-formation, then circled several times (to gain altitude?) and flew south, as far as we could tell.
