A cold morning and high winds meant that we opened nets late and closed
early. This resulted in low bird numbers for the day - just 5 birds of 4
species. This included two Wilson's Warblers, which we haven't seen here
since the 27th of September. Unfortunately tomorrow seems like it will be
even colder, so I'm not expecting large bird numbers for the last day of
the season either.

Wilson's Warbler 2
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 1
White-crowned Sparrow (Gambel's) 1
Song Sparrow 1

Visitors are welcome at the banding station - tomorrow it will be cold
enough that I don't expect to open nets before 9:00. Closing should be
around 11:30, depending on weather. School groups arrive at around 9:30,
so if you would like to visit it's best to arrive before then!
