A very enjoyable day. The Swainson's Thrushes that we banded yesterday 
moved on or at least we did not capture any of them today. Eighteen species 
of birds captured which included only one White-throated Sparrow recapture. 
Maybe it is the bird that has been singing for us the last several days. 
Appears that an influx of Hermit Thrushes, MacGillivray's and Plumbeous 
Vireos arrived this morning from the capture and sounds around the banding 
station.

White-crowned Sparrow (Mountain subspecies)- 1
House Finch- 1
Gray Catbird- 1
Swainson's Thrush- 24
Hermit Thrush- 7
Veer- 1
Green-tailed Towhee- 1
Bullock's Oriole- 1

*Recaptured Bird*
White-throated Sparrow- First Banded 5/10/23- increased its fat and mass 
(gained 5.3g)

The Banding station will be open tomorrow through Sunday this week from 
sunrise until @11 AM. Stop by and visit if you are in the area. Have a good
