Jeannie and Ron Mitchell re-found the Black-bellied Plover  at Ramah Res at 
4:30 this afternoon. 
We were right behind them and had pretty good views of the bird in spite of the 
high wind and 
low light. We observed the bird about 15 minutes.
It was on the muddy point in the north-east part of the reservoir, with two 
Kildeer.
They had seen the Long-billed Dowitcher on the north-east side earlier.
