A nice surprise in the backyard this morning was a flock of 42 Bohemian
Waxwings! They stayed perched in the top of one of big cottonwoods for
about 30 min doing their buzzing high-pitched trill. Yard species #180 at
Rain Crow Farm! There are also 3 Bald Eagles perched near each other along
the North Fork this morning. Open water is tough to find with this cold
weather.
