Yup, we did it again. Another real slow day at Chico Basin Ranch, then about
11am we banded a Philadelphia Vireo (hatch-year, sex unknown), and a Blackpoll
Warbler (also hatch-year, sex unknown). Total new birds banded - about 14.

Well, things were HOPPING at the RMBO banding station at Chico Basin Ranch this
morning. Full banding report to follow.
This was our first banding day for the season - and we expected a busy day
after seeing all of the warbler and empid activity continuing past noon
