Warm and slow. 22 new birds banded. Only real turnover noticed was
in White-crowned Sparrows. Yesterday we banded Gambel's race - today
they were all Mountain race. Today was also another "big bird day".

Today not many birds seemed to have arrived overnight, and it was slow
initially. As the morning went on, we actually did pretty well, with
great diversity. It was pretty dead by noon. Missing today were any

Nancy Gobris, RMBO, banded at CBR today, 7am-2pm. Unlike in town, it
was not wet, and the low ceiling kept birds active all morning.
Mostly small birds today.
