This morning I was forwarded nice photos of a Crested Caracara reported
from the Highline Canal near Wildlife Way, outside the south border of
Chatfield State Park. This is a tad north and east of the pond where the
Trumpeter Swan spent a few months this past winter. The bird was last seen
a coup
Follow up. The info I got suggested it flew north from the model airplane field
and it was not seen again via several folks that searched this morning and
afternoon. I think the bird was seen before 8-830 am this morning and not
since.
