While driving west along Prowers County Road KK, north of Holly/Granada late 
this afternoon, there was a single Dickcissel on a wire above a green field.  
I'm guessing there are more around out there.  Since I don't remember reading 
about any of this species this spring, I thought I'd report it.  Also, there 
were quite a few White-rumped Sandpipers at Lake Holbrook, Otero County today, 
along with three Marbled Godwits (which I was hoping were a different species 
of godwit, oh well).
