I have been told this is probably a juvenile cooper's hawk. I saw it about
6 weeks ago at Fountain Creek Nature center and i would appreciate any
comments.

I think this is a dark morph rough-legged hawk but I'm not sure. I saw it
on Marksheffel Rd just north of Drennan.

I took this picture back in the spring and at the time I thought it
was a juvenile Cooper's hawk. I now think it is a juvenile sharp-
shinned hawk due to the relatively broad brown streaks on the chest.
