Connie, It is more likely a Scott's Oriole. I think I see white wing bars
when it flies.

Just comparing it with the song on the Sibley's app, it sounds a lot like
Scott's Oriole, which has similar black-over-yellow plumage, too.

To me the bird looks orange not yellow. I don’t think it’s a Scott’s
