Here are the highlights of our DFO Field Trip to Red Rocks:
No Rosy-Finches
Curve-billed Thrasher
Golden-crowned Sparrow, 1st year Harris's Sparrow, and 1st year White-
crowned Sparrow seen together; White-throated Sparrow seen within
minutes.
pair of Prairie Falcons putting on aerial display behind Ship Rock and
then copulating. Seems a bit early- last year it was the last weekend
in March when we first saw them displaying.
