I started and ended the day at Lamar CC grove (with Austin Hess et al) and found the migrants here much more plentiful than other migration hotspots further west in Bent County, around the edges of John Martin Reservoir. This morning, highlights were 2 SUMMER TANAGERS. This evening, highlights were YELLOW-THROATED VIREO and CASSIN'S VIREO. I will post photos when I get a chance.
