I refound the white-rumped just now. Better viewing conditions and it even 
showed its white rump for me while preening. It flew off (again nice rump view) 
but there’s a lot of shoreline around and things come and go. There’s a bunch 
of shorebirds on the far SW corner, but there’s no good place to view it. 
Several other birds continue including sanderlings, semi plover and 2 
red-necked phalaropes foraging out in the lake. Good luck!
