I received a report of two swans at 47th/O St gravel pond yesterday so
I went to check them out this morning. I found a single Mute Swan at
35th Ave west gravel pond; it also hosted a TON of geese (easily 4-
digit and higher) and I was able to find a Greater White-fronted Goose
in the group. Down
Birders
There is an adult Mute Swan on the water at Bittersweet Park in Greeley.
There is also one white goose mixed in with the white cheeked geese which
is most likely a Ross's goose but could be a Snow. I didn't have binoculars.
Bittersweet Park is on 35th avenue south of business 34 which is al
