I may have spoken too soon, I now see orange in the lores which may exclude it
from being a Neotropic. Other than orange lores though, it looks good for Neo.
Do they hybridize? Could that be a possibility?

Natural Area in Fort Collins. It is perched on some downed logs jutting out
over Pelican Pond which is at the southwest corner of the natural area.

Nick Komar just called and asked me to report that there is a NEOTROPIC
CORMORANT near Timnath Reservoir. The bird was in a small pond right next to
County Line Rd. I believe it was between County Roads 76 and 78. Nick will be
able to post in a while if I got anything wrong.
