Dave, you have well developed and accurate expectations. I spotted a dark morph Broad-winged Hawk just this afternoon. Unfortunately, it didn't stick around very long. I noticed it flying into the cemetery from the north, it landed in an Elm near Laporte Ave but a Blue Jay harassed it and it soon flew east paralleling Laporte.
