Thanks to Steve for this information. I guess this Wood-Pewee probably can't be identified for sure, since it didn't call. Hopefully Colorado birders don't identify a Wood-Pewee as an Eastern Wood-Pewee if they find a silent spring Wood-Pewee with a orange lower mandible, that also has a vest, as it may well not be that species.
