CoBirders, McMurry and Magpie Meander Natural Areas in Fort Collins were hot for birds as indicated by Sue and Kevin. I was there from 6:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., observed 61 species of birds in the small confines of these two natural areas and am sold on returning to this location many times to bird

In addition to the Worm-eating Warbler, the male Mourning Warbler made an appearance after lunch as well. As Sue says, many other great birds are/were present too - Blackpoll Warbler, Veery, Ovenbird, White-throated Sparrow, Plumbeous Vireo, Red-eyed Vireo, Northern Waterthrush, Broad-winged Ha
