I saw a Say's Phoebe at the edge of the employee parking lot at the Arapahoe County Justice Center 7325 S. Potomac St. (north of The Broncos' facility). There is a field between the Courthouse and the Juvenile facility north of the courthouse. The Phoebe was on the fence line doing it's typical fly catching.
